I wish I remembered the man's name that helped me at this store because he rocked! I brought an iPhone in after an unsuccessful 3 hour wait at the apple store, and he was actually able to tell me the real problem with the phone. He tested each individual component against working components and did what Apple wasn't willing to do. Then after the diagnosis, he didn't charge me anything! I gave him a tip because I was so grateful for the actual help, unlike Apple's geniuses. Also I was in and out in less than 20min

I had to use Siri to operate my phone bcoz the lcd and touch was completely FUCKED! The repair tech was fast! Under 10 minutes all while carrying on a great conversation. Everything on the phone works like new. I would recommend this company to anyone with a broken screen!

Matt was a lifesaver! I made the mistake of trying to fix my granddaughters iPhone 5 and failed miserably. Matt was able to fix the LCD screen and replace the old battery in under an hour. My granddaughter is happy again and still thinks grandpa is the best. Thanks Matt!!
