These guys are great. I have had them fix at least 4 phones now. There service and prices are excellent, but that’s not why I gave them 5 stars. Twice now I’ve had repairs that required extra customer service, not by their doing. This repair was one of those. Long story but T-Mobil decided to cover the repair. Rapid iPhone repair had only had the phone for a short amount of time ( less than 10 min) when I found this out. I went back in and they were totally cool about just giving me the phone back because they hadn’t done the repair yet. No weird charges or anything. Lots of iPhone repair places would have given me a hard time but these guys were like “ no problem”. Very professional and excellent customer service like I have received every time I’ve been there. If you need phone repairs go here!

This company is great. I have called and in 30 minutes they came to repair my phone screen. My iPhone 6 glass was replaced in less than 20 minutes. He also installed a tempered glass screen protector on it. I also had IPad 2 glass that was cracked and he fixed that too on the spot in about an hour. But it doesn't stop here, these guys also fix Galaxy and LG phones. My sister had her LG G3 completely destroyed, the screen was just black, we thought its done, but he came back with a new Lcd for it and in an hour my sister's LG was like brand new, we were shocked. And to put a cherry on top we gave him my dad's Galaxy s4 that just had cracked glass, and he put a new glass on it as well. He gave us discounts, since we had so much devices to fix, and we were thrilled. And the best part all of his work comes with warranty. I have called another guy on yelp and he wanted to charge more in order to include warranty. Don't look anywhere else, this is your one company for all your phones and tablet problems. Thank you so much!!!
