Friendly service and fair prices. And unlike some other phone repair stores, it was always easy to get someone on the phone when I called. I had my screen replaced and was pleased with the experience. There was one small issue that was discovered when I got my phone back, which was that the vibration wasn't working because the motor must have somehow gotten disconnected during the repair. However, the technician worked with me to verify that it wasn't a settings issue and then proceeded to open the phone back up to find that the motor was in fact disconnected and got it fixed. He did not try to charge me anything additional for this extra work which I appreciate. I will definitely be going back here for any future repairs.
